"Comical Dogs" was first exhibited at the British Institution in 1836, and this engraving was done circa 1877. At the feet of the Scotch Terrier is the master's mull for snuff. There is some barely noticeable foxing at the bottom of the image. Some foxing and water mark on the edges which will be hidden by matting/framing. |
